Does your business rents or sell products?

Both. DreamMakers Events & Party Rentals business structure has been developed to supply the event rentals needs for clients and industry professionals. In addition, we sell a number of curated products and services direct to the consumer.

How can I see your products in person? Do you have a brick and mortar store?

We currently have a 3,000 sq ft open to the public showroom and 30,000 sq. ft of warehouse space. You can set up an appointment to view our showroom facility at 11505 Satellite Blvd. Orlando, FL 32837. Contact our consultants to make an appointment at 407-730- 4070 or by email at info@dreammakersparty.com. The rental display and products we sell can be seen anytime during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 10:30am - 5:30 pm.

Product rentals prices are not listed on your website. Do you have a price list?

Although we have standard and competitive rental prices, we understand clients have individual event needs. We offer incentives and discounts to repeat clients and special pricing to registered industry partners. Please contact us for a custom quote based upon the rental items and services you are interested in.

When do I need to pay for rental products? What type of payments do you accept?

We recommend the sooner the better. We require a deposit that will vary according to rentals reserved to hold the merchandise you have selected for your event date. This deposit will guarantee your product availability. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to pick up or delivery date. For your convenience, we accept cash, cashier’s check, money orders, and all major credit cards.

Can I make changes to my order after I've signed my invoice and contract?

Absolutely! It is normal for things to change. We are happy to adjust your order up until two weeks prior to your event date. *See "Return and Exchanges for Rental Products" for further explanation of policies. 

Do you require a security deposit? What is it for?

For most of the products we require a refundable deposit. The amount will vary depending on products rented and order total. This deposit is due anytime and no later than the day before your schedule pick up or delivery. It is intended to cover repair, excessive cleaning or replacement costs we incur. We will happily return your deposit within 3 business days of receiving all rented items free of loss or damage.

Can rental orders be pick up at your location?

Most of our rental products can be pick up by customers at our location. There are some exceptions for specialty items that requires a more careful transportation. In this case, we offer delivery services for an additional fee based on size of order, travel distance and complexity. Please contact us for more information on products that qualify for customer pick up.

Where do you deliver?

We are happy to deliver anywhere within Central Florida but are not limit to it.

Do you have a minimum order requierement?

No, we will accommodate any size event, small or large!

How long may I use the products I am renting?

The standard agreement is for a one day rental. If it is necessary to use our inventory for multiple days, longer term rates are available.

What is my responsibility for returning the products rentals?

Responsibility for the inventory remains with the renter until our assigned pick-up time or your return date. All china, glassware, and flatware must be rinsed of all food debris to avoid additional cleaning fees. Linens should be allow to dry completely before placing them inside plastic bags to prevent mildew from growing and thus damaging them.

Do you carry liability insurance?

We do carry a general liability policy and will provide the Certificate of Insurance to your venue coordinator if needed.

I am not a native English speaker. What other languages do you speak?

No worries! To better serve you we have a multilingual staff. Creole, French, Portuguese and Spanish are among the languages we speak. Rest assure that we will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable communicating with us.
